Bengaluru: A shocking incident has been reported from the state capital where a person sexually assaulted a girl after he was released on bail in connection with a rape case against the same girl.

The accused is identified as Akbar Pasha. He has been accused of raping the victim on three separate occasions. He was put behind bars twice for his crime and is now absconding after raping the girl for a third time.

Reportedly, the first time, Pasha forced the victim to have sexual intercourse with him after making her believe that he loved her. When she realised that she had been tricked, the girl filed a case with the Konanakunte police, after which Pasha was arrested.

After he was released from jail on bail, the accused sexually assaulted the girl when she was on her way back home from college.

As per reports, after committing the dastradly crime, Pasha tried to make the girl stay quiet by threatening to kill her mother and brother.

The victim once again filed a complaint with the police, this time including the mention of the threat to her and her family.

Based on the fresh complaint, the accused was put back behind bars and was released on bail after a year. He yet again raped the same girl, after which she filed a third complaint with the Konanakunte Police.

The police are now on the hunt for the accused. Police said that the accused has threatened the girl’s life.
