Bengaluru: Two more suspects have been arrested by the Central Crime Branch sleuths in connection with the Malleswaram bomb blast here on Tuesday. So far 17 suspects have been arrested.
The arrested are identified as Jhone Asir (35) and Syed Ali (29) from Tirunelveli.

The arrests were made based on information provided by Paravai Badhusha from Melapalayam in Kerala, who was arrested in February 2014.

A senior officer said that the accused were providing explosive material to the other suspects to carry out the blast.

In the April 2013 blast near the office of the Bharatiya Janata Party in Malleswaram, 18 people sustained injuries..

The police had filed charge sheet against 15 persons, who are lodged in the Central jail at Parappana Agrahara in Bengaluru.
