Bengaluru: Even though former minister Ramesh Jarakiholi has threatened to prove his strength within the next four days, major irrigation minister DK Shivakumar has downplayed his rebel.
Speaking to the reporters in Bengaluru, DKShi stated that he will talk to Ramesh to think over his demands. “The cabinet will be reshuffled after the Lok Sabha election in 2019. So Ramesh need not bother. When Dharam Singh was the CM, I was kept out of the cabinet. When Siddaramaiah became the CM in the year 2013, I forced to wait for over eight months to become a minister. It is part and parcel of the politics,” he said.
DKShi also stated that the party will not tolerate any kind of indiscipline. “Party is important; not leaders,” he said.
