Bengaluru: Amid factional politics causing confusion in the Congress government, a complaint has been filed with the Lokayukta against Minister Lakshmi Hebbalkar. The complaint alleges corruption amounting to Rs 600 crore in the women and child welfare department.

Advocate Nataraj Sharma filed the complaint, naming J C Prakash, Principal Secretary of the Women and Child Welfare Department, and the department’s director, along with Minister Lakshmi Hebbalkar.
