Bengaluru: Two more COVID-19 positive cases have been reported from Karnataka- one from Bengaluru Urban and the other from Kalaburagi.
The patient from Bengaluru Urban (number 444) is a 41-year-old man and is a contact of Patient 252.
Patient 445 is a 32-year-old man from Kalaburagi and is a contact of Patient 413.
The state’s total confirmed COVID-19 cases now stand at 445, which includes 17 deaths and 145 discharges. A total of 18 cases were reported within 24 hours since April 22.
Additionally, as many as five COVID-19 patients are in the ICU.
Bengaluru Urban stands first with the highest number of active cases (48), followed by Mysuru (55) and Belagavi (39).
