Bengaluru: The grieving family members of deceased Chikkamagaluru DySP Kallappa Handibag met the Chief Minister on Monday and kept forth a plea to fasten up the probe into the suicide case.
Kallappa’s wife Vidya and his parents met CM at his official residence and urged the CM to move forward the file to get a government job on compensatory basis as promised earlier. The CM is said to have directed the officials concern to do the needful under provisions of law regarding the matter.

Kallappa Handibhag had ended life during first week of July after his name cropped up in an abduction and extortion case.
