Bengaluru: The Department of Pre-University Education has issued a circular instructing second-year pre-university (PU) students to submit applications to the principals of the colleges concerned to appear for physical examination.

Repeater students have the option of keeping their previous marks or taking the physical examinations in order to improve their scores.

The dates for these examinations have not yet been announced.

Those who choose to appear in the exam, however, will not be able to keep their previous marks.
