Bengaluru: The Karnataka government has rolled out a notification on the transfer of two IAS cadre officers on Thursday, February 20, in which Rohini Sindhuri, an officer who is no stranger to transfers, has yet again been transferred.

According to the transfer orders, Rohini, who was serving as Commissioner for Sericultural Development & Director of Sericulture, has been transferred as Commissioner of the Department of Religious and Endowments.

The transfer orders are applicable with immediate effect.

It can be recalled that earlier when the 2009 batch IAS officer was serving as Deputy Commissioner of Hassan, Rohini and former minister and Janata Dal (Secular) leader H D Revanna were always in the news for conflict in administerial-level decision making and differences in opinion.
