Bengaluru: Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy will celebrate the New Year in Singapore with his son Nikhil and wife Anita. The family will be leaving Bengaluru on December 28.

According to the sources close to the Chief Minister’s family, the CM will return from Singapore on January 2. “It will be a five day vacation. The CM, his wife, and son will be traveling with their personal staff. No other supporter or MLAs will be traveling with them,” said sources.

“The CM is tired due to the hectic schedule and the political undercurrents in the state over the last five months. He is looking for some rest. So he has decided to spend some quality time in Singapore with the family,” informed sources.
