Bengaluru: H D Kumaraswamy, the delegated Chief Minister, who will take oath on Wednesday, May 23, has requested his fans and party workers not to use banners, cutouts or buntings as a part of celebrations on the occasion of his oath-taking ceremony.

In his message on the social media, Kumaraswamy said, “I don’t like bursting crackers and polluting the environment. The party workers should take care of that,” he requested.

“My workers are known for their struggle and guts, but they should be role models in caring for environment as well. Let’s be friends of the environment. Save nature and conserve it,” he added in the message.
