Bengaluru: The High Court on Tuesday disposed of a petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a complaint before the jurisdictional magistrate at Chikkaballapur against former union law minister and local MP M Veerappa Moily in connection with a false affidavit case.
V Shashidhar, an RTI activist and president of Akhila Karnataka Police Maha Sangha, approached the high court seeking a direction to the Election Commission for an enquiry against Moily.
