Bengaluru: The transfer counseling process for Government school teachers will begin from May 16 as has been directed by Primary and Secondary Education Department. The counseling process was pending due to various reasons.
In the order, General Secretary of the Primary and Secondary Education Department Shalini Rajanish said that preparations should be done to transfer all the teachers in the state soon after the election through counseling. The process should be finished by June 1.
The counseling process, which is usually conducted in Deputy Director’s office, will be carried out in Block Education Officers’ (BEO) offices, this time. The list of vacant posts will be shown in BEO office and selection of place would be done there itself. Later, the Deputy Director will release the final list on priority basis, she said.
