Bengaluru: The Governor, Vajubhai Rudabhai Vala addressed the joint session of the state legislature in Bengaluru on 2nd February 2015 the first day of the budget session.

The Chairman of the state legislative council Mr D H Shankaramurthy and the speaker of the state legislative assembly Mr Kagodu Thimmappa are also present along with other legislators.
