Bengaluru: ‘Free Kashmir’ graffiti was found on a compound wall, near the Sandeep Unnikrishna enclave in Shivajinagar, under the Halasur gate police limits.

While there is no clrity on who may have written the same, a demand for resignation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi too has been written along with the grafitti.

As the news spread, BBMP authorities scrapped off the grafitti.

The police launched an investigation by collecting the CCTV footage of the locality.

As Shivajinagar is considered as communal sensitive, police are on alert.

Anti establishment statements, writings come as a big headache for the police as many have started to raise voice on the prevailing tension in the country following enactment of CAA.

Police registered a FIR in this regard.
