Bengaluru: The women and narcotic wing of City Crime Branch (CCB) sleuths arrested five people for operating a hookah bar illegally. The police have identified the arrested persons as Somipam from Manipur, Ramakrishna (27) from Tripura, Sujith (26) from Kolkata, Bisjith (22) from Kolkata, and S K Guljar (22) from Kolkata.The police have seized equipment used for operating hookah bar and mobile phones from the accused during the raid conducted on Sangria Wine Lounge on BEL Road in Sadashivanagar police limits. The police found, during the interrogation, the organizers used to encourage college students and youth to visit the hookah bar. The police found 11 customers patronizing the hookah bar.
