Bengaluru: In a tragic incident, a man who went up to the terrace of his residence to wish his fiancee a Happy New Year, had a fatal fall.

Shivakrishna (27) from Nellurahalli near Whitefield is the deceased.

Shivakrishna had hosted a party for his friends on account of New Year celebration and half way through he went up to the terrace to wish his fiancee on New Year. It is said that he sat on the edge of the terrace while speaking and hence lost balance and fell off dying on the spot.
