Bengaluru: JD(S) leader and former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy has left for Malaysia on a vacation. What makes this vacation interesting is that he has gone alone because his offer to the party MLAs to join him was rejected by all.

According to sources in the JD(S) sources, with the goal of convincing all the party MLAs to fall in line, HDK wanted to travel to Malaysia along with them. He had reserved tickets for all the MLAs along with accommodation.

However, none of the MLAs joined him. All the leaders maintained their distance from him citing Deepavali celebrations.

If sources close to HDK are to be believed, all the MLAs of his party are planning to join the BJP or the Congress, keeping in mind their political future.

“There is no future in the JD(S). So all the MLAs are planning to resign from the party. HDK is trying to convince them. As part of this, he planned the vacation, which became a flop show,” explained a JD(S) MLA.
