Bengaluru: Finally, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials was able to quiz Gowramma, mother of Congress strongman DK Shivakumar at her residence in Kanakapura town. This inquiry lasted for six and half hours, said sources.

The entire inquiry was video recorded.

The ED officials arrived in two cars. The investigation happened in two phases.

This inquiry was carried out to trace the money trail reported from her bank account. It has been alleged that DKShi routed havala money through her account.

The inquiry concluded at 8.30 pm

As many as 150 police provided tight security to the residence of the Gowramma as per the high court order.

Both DK Shivakumar and his MP brother DK Suresh were at the residence at the time of inquiry.
