Bengaluru: Hours after single bench judge of the Delhi High Court granted bail to DK Shivakumar, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) moved to Supreme Court seeking cancellation of bail.

The application is likely to come for hearing tomorrow.

According to the sources, the ED, which arrested DKShi 50 days ago under the charges of money laundering moved knocked the doors of the SC citing that the bail may derail the ongoing investigation.
