Bengaluru: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is set to restart the inquiry of Congress strongman D K Shivakumar today at 11 AM.
Shivakumar has been interrogated by the ED since Friday evening at 6.30 PM in connection with the Rs 8.59 crores in cash that was seized from his New Delhi apartment.
DKShi had asked for a day’s holiday on Monday as it is the Ganesh Chathurthi festival, however, the ED authorities declined to give him time. This decision has led to a lot of criticism in the state.
The Congress leader will appear for the inquiry with his brother, Bengaluru Rural MP D K Suresh.
