Bengaluru: It seems there is no end to the family feud in the Kannada film actor Duniya Vijay. On Sunday the Girinagar police registered a case against his first wife Nagarathna for allegedly assaulting second wife Kirthi Gowda.

According to the police, based on the CCTV footage submitted by the Duniya Vijay in which Nagarathan’s act of assaulting Kirthi Gowda is recorded, they have registered a case under IPC section 306, 309, and 326.

According to the police the incident happened on September 23. “It is the part of the ongoing drama in the family. Even though Nagarathna tried to beat Kirthi Gowda, she lodged a complaint of attempt to murder. This is the second case registered against the family members in the gap of last two days,” informed the police.

“All these sections are non-bailable. So police is left with no option but to arrested Nagarathna,” said police.
