Bengaluru: Second daughter of actor Duniya Vijay approached the Karnataka State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (KSPCR), seeking action against police alleging that they are troubling her in the name of the investigation against her absconding mother K Nagarathna.

The KCPCR has warned stern action against police if they breach the protocols.

In her complaint to the police, second daughter of the actor who is below 18 years and name withheld alleged that police are troubling her and her sister Monika who are staying at their house. “They are coming often and troubling us in the name of investigation. We are terrified. We don’t know where our mother is absconding,” she informed the commission members.

She also requested the commission not to enquire her in cases which are not related to her.

Following the complaints, the commission has directed the police to follow all the protocol strictly.

The ugly family dispute of Duniya Vijay has been hitting headline ever since his arrest in an assault case. Following this, his two wives have been in news for fighting in open. At present, Vijay had filed a case against his first for assaulting his second wife Keerthi Gowda. His first wife has been absconding after the complaint.
