Bengaluru: Former CM Yediyurappa has appealed to CM Basavaraj Bommai to withdraw his order giving him cabinet rank and facilities.

In a letter addressed to Bommai, Yediyurappa requested to provide him only those facilities which are given to an immediate former chief minister and to withdraw the order giving me a cabinet rank.

CM Bommai had on Saturday August 7 ordered that former chief minister BS Yediyurappa be provided with security and escort vehicles as provided to Cabinet ministers.
