Bengaluru: Congress leader D K Shivakumar, who is likely to be appointed as the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee’s (KPCC) new president by the All India Congress Committee (AICC), met his political guru S M Krishna, a former state chief minister and former Union minister at his residence and wished him on Sankranthi.

Both the leaders held a one-on-one meeting for over 30 minutes.

Later, both the leaders informed that it was purely a courtesy meeting.
