Bengaluru: Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) Election Campaign Committee chairman and Minister for Energy D.K. Shivakumar has presented a 12-page election strategy to be followed by the committee members and candidates in the run-up to the campaign for the Assembly elections.

“All successful campaigns are the same. The campaign messages, strategy and slogans must be based on in-depth scientific research of voters’ concerns and desires, not guesswork,” Shivakumar said.

The Congress Election Campaign Committee chairman has asked the committee members to deliver right message to voters, and added that they should have constant presence through social media and create both-level WhatsApp group.
