Bangalore :  Bangaloru Gramanthara DC MK Ayyappa and another 4 accused of denotifying Govt. land creating forged documents  were availed conditional bail by the Lokayuktha Special Court.

Justice Sudhindra Rao gave bail to Ayyappa and Special Thashildar Gopala Swamy, Vritha Rajaswa Nireekshaka N. Balakrishna, Sub Registrar Ravi Kumar.

The 4 accused were given conditional bail after they executed 5 lac rupees bond, gave a surety by 2 persons and were told not to incriminate any documents  and that they shall not influence any one in the matter.

Those accused given to Judicial Custody were availed bail after the enquiry of the bail plea was examined by the Justice.  Sr. Advocate MT Nanayya  argued for the accused in the court.

During the enquiry over the bail plea, Sports Minister Appachchu Ranjan and his Confidential Secretary Subbayya showed dissatisfaction for the accused did not attend the court since 2 days.
