Bengaluru: Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa directed all the district in charge ministers to stay back in their respective districts to manage the Covid – 19 situation.

CM who is under treatment at a city private hospital asked his ministerial colleagues to ensure that there will be no crisis in the districts as Covid – 19 cases are surging everywhere.

District specific task force

According to the sources, CM also asked the ministers to form the district level task forces to contain the spread of Covid – 19 beside arranging treatment for the mild and severe patients. These instructions were issued after several districts are facing oxygen shortage beside increasing demand for the Remdesivir.
