Bengaluru: Narayana Rao B, Congress MLA from Basava Kalyana, suffered multi-organ failure at a private hospital in the city on Wednesday, September 23.

The MLA was being treated for Covid-19.

According to sources, Rao is in critical condition and the situation is being monitored by a team of experts.

Meanwhile, Madara Chennaiah, the seer of Chitradurga also tested positive for Covid-19. He has been rushed to a private hospital in the city for treatment.
