Bengaluru: From Monday, hotels and restaurants in Bengaluru will be able to buy a 19-kg cylinder of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) at Rs. 200.50 less, said Capt B.L. Lingaraju, Senior Vice President, All-India LPG Distribution Federation (Karnataka circle).

He said the price for a 19-kg commercial cylinder in December will be Rs. 1,416.50 as compared to Rs. 1,617 in November. Prices have reduced across India due to a downward trend in prices of crude oil.

There is no change in the price of the subsidised domestic gas cylinder (Rs. 425). However, the non-subsidised domestic cylinder price has come down from Rs. 898.59 in November to Rs. 782.50 in December. LPG customers who have exhausted their annual quota of 12 cylinders can buy their next cylinder at this rate.
