Bengaluru: The ruling alliance partners, JDS and Congress will hold a mammoth rally in Bengaluru on Sunday, March 31, at 4 PM, where AICC president Rahul Gandhi and JDS supremo H D Devegowda will blow the poll bugle for Karnataka. This rally has gained importance following news reports that, at the ground level, the workers of both the parties are not campaigning together.
According to the leaders of both the parties, around 5 lakh people will be attending the rally. “Leaders of both the parties are attending the rally. This rally is expected to iron out the difference of opinion between both the party leaders,” said a leader.
Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy, former CM Siddaramaiah, DCM Dr G Parameshwara and KPCC president Dinesh Gundu Rao will address the rally.
