Cong leader B K Hariprasad files nomination from B’luru South

Bengaluru: Congress leader B K Hariprasad filed nomination to contest from the Bengaluru South Lok Sabha constituency, here on Tuesday, March 26.

He was accompanied by MLAs M Krishnappa, Ramalinga Reddy, Sowmya Reddy, Sharavana and BBMP Mayor Gangambike.

At first, he offered prayers at Dodda Ganapathi Temple located at Basavanagudi and then participated in the rally.

Later, he reached the returning officer’s office located at Jayanagar 2nd block along with his supporters and party workers and filed his nomination.

In the rally, the Janata Dal (S) party logo was on display.

A number of folk art teams participated in the rally with a display of firecrackers.
