Bengaluru: Dr Chi.Na. Ramu, National President of All India Dr Ambedkar Prachara Samithi, has lodged a complaint against Mysuru University professor for allegedly using abusive language against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, HRD minister Smriti Irani and former Prime Minister late Jawaharlal Nehru.

The complainant stated that, Maheshchandra Guru, Professor, Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Mysuru University, is the most controversial professor in Mysuru Varsity who had described HRD minister Smriti Irani as a ‘third rated actress’ and also used abusive language against the PM.

The complaint was lodged with Bengaluru city police commissioner, N.S. Megharikh and the complainant has urged the police commissioner to take action against Guru and ensure his service was terminated. The state BJP has backed Ramu’s decision to file the complaint against Guru.
