Bangalore: Chief Minister Siddaramiah has been alleged for not taking party leaders and workers into confidence. Complain has been forwarded to party higher-ups against CM by KPCC president Dr G Parameshwar and former minister DK Shivakumar.

Two leaders reportedly showered complaints against chief minister during their meeting with AICC General Secretary Digvijay Singh, who is in-charge of state affairs, prior to the core committee meeting, convened at New Delhi to discuss various issues in the backdrop of the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Both leaders have appealed to the party higher-ups to intervene and see to it that there is a cabinet expansion and appointments to boards and corporations.

This has to be done if at all the party has to win more seats in the Lok Sabha elections, they said.

They also told the leader that the Chief Minister has caused embarrassment to the government by taking the initiative of launching some programmes as per the recommendations of the writers.

Both have also reportedly told Singh that CM also does not attend party meets, functions and even if he attends he does so for the sake of formality.

Besides, they also alleged that except ministers HK Patil, Anjaneya, Dinesh Gundurao, KJ George and MB Patil none else have visited the congress office to hear the grievances of workers.

The developmental programmes have also been affected due to lack of co-ordination between the chief minister and ministers.

Further, they have complained and alleged that some ministers have also distanced themselves from workers.

Two leaders have further said that CM was unnecessarily causing delay in inducting them to the cabinet and have urged that Parameshwar be immediately made the Deputy CM and Shivakumar as a cabinet minister.
