Bangalore: The former CM D V Sadanand Gowda created uproar in the upper house by his statement that CMs office has been misused related to illegal mining.
The uproar indeed created chaos, while BJP members staged protest by alighting in the well at the Vidhan Souda complex.
Sadanand Gowda complained to deputy speaker that the CMs office has been misused related to illegal mining and also caused atrocities on security staff at the Vidhan Souda.
The members of ruling party severely opposed that created chaos in the assembly meeting. The ruling party members continued to obstruct the opposition party members in addressing their grievances, while BJP members staged protest by alighting in the open well in Vidhan Souda complex.
Speaker S R Patil assured the opposition party that legal actions will be taken related to the atrocities on security staff at Vidhan Souda and further actions will be taken if the proof of misusing of CMs office is available.
The issue was resolved and the BJP members climbed from the well.
