Cinematographer Sundernath Suvarna no more

Bangalore : Popular cinematographer of Mangalore origin, Sundernath Suvarna passed away at his residence at Hanumanthnagar in Bangalore on December 10, Tuesday.

Suvarna, a Rajyotsava Award winner of the state, hails from Ballalbagh in Mangalore. Family sources said his mortal remains will be taken to Mangalore on Tuesday evening.

He had worked as cinematographer for over 150 Kannada films including Aarambha, Tiger, Agni Parva, Srimanjunatha, Mussanje Maathu, Chellata, Amrithavarshini, Kiladi Thatha, Operation Antha. Anuranga Sangama, Golibaar, Lock-up Death, Nammoora Mandara Hoove etc.

It is learnt, he was suffering from cancer.
