Bengaluru: Residents of Parappana Agrahara found a bag containing the lower body of a man on Hosa Road junction on Thursday.
The bag was spotted in a vacant site behind Ganesha Temple here with chopped lower body covered in plastic wrapper inside it.
When a passerby noticed it, the toe of the body remained outside the bag.
While police are trying to trace the identity of the deceased, they have gathered CCTV footage from nearby areas to gather information about the suspicious movement of vehicles and individuals.
The police suspect that the man must have been killed elsewhere and disposed off here.
The deceased had a coffee-brown underwear, with body partially covered with a lungi.
