Chitradurga: Mild tremors felt in parts of Chitradurga and Tumakuru districts early on Sunday morning brought people out on the streets in fear.
As per unconfirmed reports, the tremors measured 2.9 on the Richter scale.
It is gathered that the cracks were developed in a few walls here owing to the low intensity tremors that were felt mostly in Kanchipura, Chikkabyaladakere, Handinadu, Hosa Madanahalli, Pillajanahalli, Byaramadu, Hosamadanahalli
No casualties were reported in the incident.
