Chitradurga: A theft case has been reported from the Bharatiya Janata Party MLA, N Y Gopalkrishna’s residence, here on Saturday, April 20.

Thieves who had entered his residence at Dhavalagiri layout have decamped with cash from his locker.

Gopalkrishna of Kudligi Assembly constituency of Ballari, stays in this residence, whenever he visits the district.

Kote Police have conducted an inquest and are investigating.
