Chikkaballapur: All India Congress Committee (AICC) Secretary In-Charge of State, Abhishek Dutt, has instructed the District leaders to start the process of issuing guarantee cards to every house in the District at the earliest.
Addressing a meeting of the District Congress, he said that if the Party comes to power in State, every household will get Rs. 2,000 per month through the Gruhalakshmi Scheme, 200 units of free electricity and 10 kg of rice per person. The AICC Secretary In-Charge of the State instructed the district leaders to immediately take up the task of doorstep delivery of guarantee cards for free rice.
Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) General Secretary Udayshankar, Manchenahalli Block President Ramakrishna, Jangamakote Block Congress President H.M. Muniyappa, former ZP member Prakash and others were present on the occasion.
