Bengaluru: Cafe Coffee Day (CCD) founder late VG Siddartha’s elder son Amarthya Hegde’s marriage with Aishwarya, elder daughter of KPCC president DK Shivakumar will be held in February 2021.

According to the close associates of DKShi, the astrologers have suggested February 14 or 24 as auspicious dates.

“The engagement be held in November. At that time marriage date will be finalised,” said sources.

It can be recalled that in June, both DKShi and Siddartha’s families confirmed the matrimonial alliance. DKShi and Siddartha have been friends for decades.

VG Siddhartha, who is also son in-law of former CM SM Krishna had allegedly committed suicide in 2019, plunging into river Nethravathi in Mangaluru.
