Bengaluru: The City Crime Branch (CCB) police have taken 10 people for allegedly involving in gambling at a house situated at Muniswamappa Layout in Peenya Police Station limits. The CCB police has seized Rs 1,21,290, 52 playing cards and a bed sheet from the accused.

The police have identified the accused as Sanjay (23), Gundappa (23), Vinay Kumar (28), Arun Kumar (27), Naveen (35), Satheesh (29), Shashi (26), Krishna (28), Krishnappa (36) and Manjunatha (32).

According to the police, Satheesh, one of the accused, used to collect Rs 500 from each one of them to use his house for gambling. A case has been registered at Peenya Police Station and further investigations are on.
