Bengaluru: After a long wait, Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa has finally released the final list of Cabinet ministers and their respective portfolios.

According to the official gazette notification the portfolios and the ministers are as follows:

1. Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa – DPAR, Finance, Bangalore Development, Energy, Intelligence from Home, Planning, Information, Public Relations and all unallocated portfolios
2. Deputy Chief Minister Govind Karjol – Public Works Department (PWD) and Social Welfare Department as an additional responsibility
3. DCM Dr Ashwath Narayan – Higher Education, IT and BT, Science and Technology Department and additional responsibility of Skill Development, Entrepreneurship and Livelihood
4. DCM Laxman Savadi – Transport Department
5. K S Eshwarappa – Rural Development and Panchayat Raj
6. R Ashok – Revenue Department excluding Muzrai Department
7. Jagadish Shettar – Large and Medium Scale Industries excluding Sugar and in addition, Public Enterprises Department
8. B Sreeramulu – Health and Family Welfare excluding Medical Education and Backward Class Welfare Department as an additional responsibility
9. Suresh Kumar – Primary and Secondary Education and Sakala
10. V Somanna – Housing Department
11. C T Ravi – Tourism, Kannada and Culture Department in addition to Youth Empowerment and Sports Department
12. Basavaraj Bommai – Home Department excluding Intelligence Wing and in addition, Agriculture Department
13. Kota Srinivas Poojari – Muzrai from Revenue Department, Fisheries, Ports and Inland Transport Department
14. J C Madhu Swamy – Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Legislation Department and Minor Irrigation from Water Resources Department as an additional responsibility
15. Chandrakantagouda Channappagouda Patil – Mines and Geology from Commerce and Industries Department and Ecology and Environment Department
16. Prabhu Chauhan – Animal Husbandry Department and in addition Minority Welfare, Haj and Wakf Department
17. Shashikala Jolle – Women and Child Development, Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizens Department
