In a series of tweets, he stated that the trainers requested to be back to basics… Lots can be accomplished.

Following these tweets, many assured the city police commissioner that they will help him finding the eagle trainers.

According to the sources, eagles are used extensively in western countries to keep an eye on the drone menace which is increasing in the city also.
