BJP submits list of officials to CEO who ‘work for Cong’

Bengaluru: A delegation of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in particular, complained about Joint Chief Electoral Officer Mamatha to the Chief Electoral Officer Sanjeev Kumar Jha and demanded her transfer.

In the complaint, the delegation mentioned that Mamatha was Deputy Commissioner of Ramanagar and was close to the then District In-charge Minister D K Shivakumar. There are all possibilities of the media being influenced at the time of the elections and leaking of important information belonging to the Election Commission to the ruling party, it explained.

Along with her, G T Dhananjaya, T C Ravi Kumar, Yadukrishna and Shivanna of Flying Squad and Arpitha of the vigilance team should be replaced, they demanded. They are all working in favour of the ruling party, the complaint said.
