Bengaluru: In a big relief to Congress’s strongman DK Shivakumar, a former minister from the state, Supreme Court dismissed the appeal made by the Enforcement Directorate against Delhi High Court order granting bail to him.

A division bench of the Supreme Court dismissed the ED plea and upheld the bail order of the Delhi High Court. This comes as a big relief to DKShi who is now planning to hit the by-election turf in 15 constituencies.
