Bengaluru: The BESCOM helpline-1912 has been shutdown as eight of its staff members tested positive for the Covid 19.

According to the BESCOM sources, all the 8 are fine.

“However as a precautionary measure and the government guidelines, the office is shut down. It will be opened after three days,” they informed.

The BESCOM authorities informed that the public can lodge a complaint through the whatsapp number 9480812450 or send an email to [email protected]
