Bengaluru: Three Additional High Court judges were elevated as permanent judges on Friday September 23, informed the Law Ministry.
The three judges are Justices Khazi Jayabunnisa Mohiuddin, Rajendra Badamikar, and Mohammed Ghouse Shukure Kamal, read a notification released by the Department of Justice in the Law Ministry.
According to sources, their appointments will take effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices in the High Court.
Usually, Additional judges are appointed for a two-year term before being elevated as permanent judges.
