Bengaluru: The much-awaited list of Congress candidates has been put on hold and it is being said that the list will not be released unless Siddaramaiah selects the Constituency.

The confusion over the constituencies where Siddaramaiah will contest from Varuna, Kolar, Badami and Kadur continues. His close friends have also contacted the leaders of Kadur and collected information. There is an argument that he can contest from there as there are more Kuruba and Uppara voters.

But in the Malnad-Coastal region due to the BJP’s Hindutva experiment, the Congress has not won four to five elections there. So there is another view that the area too is not safe.
