Bengaluru: A man named Bapi from Odisha died after accidentally falling from a building during New Year’s celebrations. He was part of New Year celebrations, said police.

The incident occurred at an under-construction building in Kottigepalya, West Bengaluru, on the night of Saturday December 31 when he fell off the third floor and died on the spot. It is learnt that the floor did not have a wall.

He recently began working at a building site. Kamakshipalya Police have registered a case.
