Bengaluru: Former IAS Officer Sasikanth Senthil  who had served as Dakshina Kannada Deputy Commissioner appointed as the head of the war room, Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC).

“He has been appointed from the immediate effect. This appointment has been made keeping in mind the upcoming Assembly Election,” informed All India Congress Committee General Secretary K. C. Venugopal.

Sunil Kanugolu will continue as the overall in-charge.

Suraj Hegde, and Mehroj Khan will coordinate the day- to-day activities of the war room.
